The Phosphor is the written side of the Jarlarex YouTube channel. The channel is Forza, gaming news and the odd rabbit hole, from an average motorsports enjoyer, and this is where the same stories go when you’d rather read them.

Phosphor is the stuff that made old computer monitors glow green. It seemed like a good name for a site about games and the machines they run on, and I like the colour.

How it works

Every claim here should have a source you can check. If something is my opinion, it’s written as my opinion. If I couldn’t find something out, I’ll say that instead of guessing, and if I get something wrong I’ll correct it. There’s more on that on the how I work page.

There are no ads on the site right now, no tracking cookies and no accounts. If that ever changes, it’ll be clearly labelled and the privacy notice will change with it.
